Ashley Scott Bernstein

My philosophy that defines my practice: to educate my patients on how the body works and heals.

I focus not only on the area of symptoms but also look beyond, at the whole body, to find the source.  Through movement analysis, I focus on 3D core activation patterns and integrating the core to work as a whole to improve the efficiency of functional and wellness activities.

I am an avid consumer of physical therapy research and take pride in sharing this information and educating my patients.  This helps ensure high-quality care and my patients are more able to take ownership of their recovery and wellness.
